Frequently Asked Questions
When I apply for a position where does my information go?
How do I find a recruiter that specializes in what I do?
One way to find a recruiter who specializes in what you do is to apply for a position that you are interested in. From there we hope you can start to develop a relationship with the recruiter responsible for the position. This recruiter may have other opportunities as well. If you are not finding any positions that fit, please fill out our contact form and we will refer you to a recruiter who might be able to help.
What can I do if I have not heard back regarding the position that I have applied for?
There are nearly 1000 recruiters who are a part of our network. We will do our best to get in touch with the recruiter responsible for the opening and request an update. To help us out, please fill out the contact form and let us know the exact title of the position you applied for.
Why don't I qualify?
There are may reason why candidates might not qualify for a position. Below are some possible reasons:
- More qualified candidates
- Unstable work history (if this the case you might want to consider a cover letter explaining your job moves)
- Lack of required qualifications
- The position would require a relocation (many clients will not consider candidates that require relocation).
Your resume is the first impression a recruiter has of you. It needs to be well designed. If it is not, it will be necessary to re-write your resume or have someone develop it for you.
Can you help me find a job?
Not directly. Talsco Network is a job board. Our goal is to connect you to a recruiter who can help you. When you apply for a position it is sent directly the recruiter who is responsible for the posting. We don’t have direct control over the recruiter.
